Surgutskaya GRES-1 is one of the largest power plants in the Russian Federation in terms of installed electric capacity.
The main competitors of Surgutskaya GRES-1 include Nizhnevartovskaya GRES (JSC “INTER RAO – Electric Power Plants”), Surgutskaya GRES-2 (JSC E.ON Russia) and Nyaganskaya GRES (JSC “Fortum”).
Compared to its rivals, Surgutskaya GRES-2 has the least flexibility, but the installed capacity of each of our competitors’ power units is four times higher than the installed capacity of each power unit at Surgutskaya GRES-1.
